Let us introduce you to our loyal and experienced team:
Matt Nelson, owner, started our company in 1984. He oversees the day to day operation of the company; however, he much prefers the hands-on work and customer contact he gets in the field. Matt is a master plumber, license #10801, and has been serving his community with pride and integrity. He has a knack for solving issues with older homes and loves to proble solve. He enjoys finding reasonably priced solutions for all his customers.

Mario Herrera, our service manager, is a thoughtful, industrious individual who is full of integrity. He joined the Narrow Way team at the end of 2005, oversees all of our service calls and works in the field alongside all the mechanics. Mario is skilled in some of the more difficult aspects of plumbing and heating, and is always ready to assit in solving a problem. Spanish is Mario's first language, bringing a helpful bilingual component to the service department. He is friendly and attentive to customer concerns and needs, and treats customers as he would lik to be treated.

Charlie Malley is the current head of the Heating Department, and specializes in high-end finish work. He graduated with a B.A. in Business from Plymouth State University and began working with Narrow Way since the beginning of his career in 2005. He has previous been head of our Plumbing Department, and has experience with everything from kitchen and bathroom renovations to service work in some of our community gardens. Charlie is always ready to estimate and tackle any project, large or small. He has excellent service skills and enjoys meeting new customers.
Tom Coughlin is a third generation plumber and had aspirations of following in his father’s footsteps from the age of 8. He has extensive experience in a wide array of commercial, industrial and service plumbing work. He is very good at consulting with customers regarding plumbing options, and guiding them to a comfortable solution. He enjoys interacting with customers and providing the best plumbing experience possible. He is very thorough in his work and is sure to communicate any other potential plumbing problems that he sees with the customer before leaving the job site.
Micah Nelson: As the owner’s son, he has been exposed to the trades his entire life. He has vast experience in all aspects of Narrow Way’s work, from the office to the field. He has additional experience in rough and finish carpentry, and is skilled at figuring out creative solutions to complex problems. Micah has an eye for perfection and insures that his work in durable and professional. Micah takes pride in the high quality of his work and his dedicated work ethic.

Lewis Matthews worked with his uncle in plumbing prior to joining the Narrow Way team. He has continued to refine
his plumbing and heating skills by working with the other mechanics at Narrow Way. He is a Boston native, which allows him to navigate the confusing landscape of the city with ease. Lewis has a friendly and professional demeanor that contributes to his excellent customer service skills. His main goal is customer satisfaction and enjoys putting a smile on customers’ faces, particularly during the heating season.
Tim Lewis recently joined us from working on the plumbing systems of Navy ships. He is a twenty year veteran and has several substantial accomplishments from his service in the Navy, concluding his career as the chief hydro and mechanical engineer on the Present of the Naval War College vessel. He comes with a vast technical knowledge of controls, wiring and sensors, which enables him to diagnose heating problems effectively. He has extensive training in refrigeration, air condition and plumbing from his experinece in the Navy.

Mary Lameiras is our dispatcher and office manager. She communicates closely with each of our mechanics in order to insure that each job is given the attention that it needs. She dispatches calls and is also in charge of day-to-day managing of the office through accounts receivable and billing.
