Meet Narrow Way Plumbing & Heating
Here you will meet the people of NWP&H, highlighting what they each contribute to make us your #1 choice for plumbing and heating in the Boston area. Narrow Way Plumbing & Heating has been a successful business for over 25 years. Our company was started by owner Matt Nelson, who oversees the day to day operation. However, he much prefers the hands-on work and customer contact he gets in the field. Matt is a master plumber and has been serving his community with pride and integrity. Matt has a knack for solving issues with older homes in our area and loves to problem-solve. He enjoys finding reasonably priced solutions for all his customers.
Let us introduce you to our loyal and experienced team:
Mario Herrera, our service manager, is a thoughtful, industrious individual who is full of integrity. He oversees all of our service calls and works in the field alongside all the mechanics. Mario is our .go-to. guy for some of the more difficult aspects of plumbing and heating. He always enjoys a good challenge and seems to have the ability to solve each one with speed and efficiency. Spanish is Mario.s first language, thus bringing a helpful bilingual component to the service department.
Charlie Malley graduated with a business degree from Plymouth State University and has been with NWP&H since the beginning of his career. He handles our plumbing department and works on everything from kitchen and bathroom renovations to service work in some of our community gardens. Charlie is always ready to estimate and tackle any project large or small.
James Chaney, our heating system specialist, grew up as a neighbor to NWP&H and started working for the company in 1998. He can handle the intricate systems of heating in our area of service, including older systems found in quite a few of the homes we visit. He can solve almost any problem that may come your way in the cold winter months, including "no heat" or "no hot water" calls. James is a master at installing new boilers, and high-efficiency gas systems are his best recommendation to save you money.
Jakim Brown has been with NWP&H since 2006 and is the newest addition to our company. As an apprentice, he brings with him an HVAC background, and is interested in all aspects of our service. He is learning quickly and loves the hands-on nature of his job. Like all of our mechanics, Jakim approaches his work in each home as if it were his own.
The office is supported by Laura Farrell as office manager and Matt's son Micah Nelson as dispatcher.
