Phil Bresnahan oversees our Plumbing Department. He has over 40 years of experience working in the Boston area. There isn't anything Phil hasn't already seen!! He has been with NWPH for 4 years. Phil knows plumbing is a science and an art. You will find Phil doing estimates for new installation and renovations; training apprentices; problems solving systems; evaluating special technical issues and recommending solutions and design for commercial and residential plumbing.
